Who actually are these negative reviewers ?
I bought this the day it came out and i have worn it every day since. The color combinations are stunning. The swirly shadows are great for inner corner. The glitters are supper fun and pigmented for the lower lashline. I want a giant "quick attack" eyeshadow its the perfect all over lid color to cover up veins or discoloration or use as a base. The blues are beautiful but do have some fall out, which is to be expected. The green/yellow shade magical leaf is very unique and fun to use. The cool toned matte grey copycat is alwahs unique. Im thinking of buying a second palette i love it so much. Im an og colourpop fan from day one. Their palettes are my favorite.

My pokemon loving daughter loves this.
Not Great Quality
Didn't like this one at all. The pigments are dry and crumbly. They don't give a good color pay off and application is not smooth but rather splotchy. The shimmery ones have larger glitter that just falls off.
Not worth it
We got this for my daughter who is a huge pokemon fan and specifically loves eveelutions. She was very excited. The packaging is very cute. The shadow itself isnt quite what we had hoped/expected. Most of them lack pigment and just leave a lackluster shimmer. I wish there had been test versions in any off the physical stores near us. If you're an eeveelution fan like us and you cant resist the theme, I'd reccomend just waiting for it to go on sale.
So whimsy I love it!!
Used this palette for a makeup look to a music festival and it was so good! The colors are so pigmented and show up well in photos. Perfect blend of colors and corresponding shimmer/glitters that work well on top. I found it pretty blendable but I also did spend a good amount of time on the look lol so results may vary
