If you're thinking about it, just buy it
I can't imagine a person this wouldn't work for. That said, I have hazel eyes (in case you're wondering) and a medium neutral skin tone. This palette is amazing. It makes my eyes really pop, and whether you use one, two, or all of the colors everything looks amazing. They blend well together for a seamless transition between shades, and offer a beautiful matte look if you stick to those colors. Adding in the shimmer gives a beautiful shimmer that isn't too over the top. I literally have used this palette every single day since I got it. Highly recommend it!

Perfect neutral for Grey hair
This the only eyeshadow palette I have ever bought more than once. I have fair skin and grey hair and it has the perfect combination of matte and shimmer in light and dark rose tones. It blend beautifully. I wear some combination practically every day.
