Saturate hair with water and apply a generous amount of Color + Clenditioner. If applying to entire head of hair, comb from roots to ends to evenly distribute product. If applying to specific areas work through with fingers. Leave on for 3-20 minutes and rinse thoroughly. For maximum intensity, multiple applications may be needed to achieve desired tone. Color + Clenditioner can be applied to dry hair for a bolder color. The longer Color + Clenditioner sits on the hair the more color it will deposit. The lighter and more 'white blonde' the hair is the more true to tone the results from Color + Clenditioner will be. To maintain Color + Clenditioner results, alternate with Clenditioner. Color will start to lighten with each wash when a traditional shampoo is used. Pro Tips: Make sure enough product is being used. Hair should be saturated and product should be combed roots to ends. Yellow/ brassy blonde tones may play in effect with end result depending on Color + chosen. Silver, silver blue, light pink and platinum are geared towards the light blondes. The silver may turn a greenish hue IF the hair has any yellow tones, platinum will brighten blonde hair, silver blue will counter any brassy/orange tones.

Is it normal for it to cause my scalp to burn immediately while applying then later it feels like my whole head where my hair is is in flames AND for my hair to fall out??

If you experience a reaction like that, we always recommend washing it off immediately, as something on your hair or scalp may be reacting to the product. Reactions can happen because everyone has different sensitivities too, which is why the instructions on the bottle always suggests doing a strand test before applying the product all over your head — this helps ensure you don’t experience any issues. Could you please send us your proof of purchase, the location where it was purchased, and the lot number from the bottom of the bottle? my natural hair is a dirty blonde, then i was bleach blonde, now i have dyed brown hair. it has faded an orange/ red tint. would the mocha color work to get rid of the tint and back to brunette ? and will this product also fade into an orange/ red tint?

Our Mocha shade is a cooler-toned mocha, which means it will help cancel out some of the red and orange tones in your hair. We always recommend doing a strand test first to determine the ideal number of applications and timing needed to achieve your desired tone before applying it all over. Our Keracolor products are semi-permanent, so they’re designed to deposit color only, not lift existing color. And since our colors are buildable, you can do as many applications as needed in one day to achieve your perfect look. I hope this helps! Hair Type Wavy Hair
My hair was bleached professionally and overlapped to the point of breakage. My hair was also pretty porous from the bleaching, and the toner put into it faded incredibly fast leaving me with banding, dry, uneven and broken hair. I didn't want to dye it again, and wanted to baby it for a while so I didn't have to chop a significant amount off. Let me tell you I LIVE this stuff. Not only is it quick and easy - I don't have to use shampoo, conditioner and a mask - just this one product, but it smells very high end. It's a mild spa like scent. It also leaves me hair air drying to a beautiful smooth wave. No frizz. After using it for about 2 weeks, I have no breakage, even, slightly deeper color, and softer hair. Anyone who has dryness or damage, I recommend this to. It's a really gentle cleanser but it does clean your roots well so you won't have greasiness, while moisturizing your ends.

WORKS BEST FOR COLOR MATENINCE
I have red highlights, and this product has really helped to rejuvenate them after they have faded between washes. I have dark brown natural hair, so the color isn't visible in my natural hair and just saturates my dyed pieces. When I wash my hair, I wet my hair before even getting in the shower, slather this conditioner all over my head and ends, and tie it up to sit for at least an hour. when I am done with my whole hair washing routine, people ask me if I re dyed my hair. It works that well! I don't know about dyeing your natural hair, but the red conditioner works for matenince.
