    How To Use

Saturate hair with water and apply a generous amount of Color + Clenditioner. If applying to entire head of hair, comb from roots to ends to evenly distribute product. If applying to specific areas work through with fingers. Leave on for 3-20 minutes and rinse thoroughly. For maximum intensity, multiple applications may be needed to achieve desired tone. Color + Clenditioner can be applied to dry hair for a bolder color. The longer Color + Clenditioner sits on the hair the more color it will deposit. The lighter and more 'white blonde' the hair is the more true to tone the results from Color + Clenditioner will be. To maintain Color + Clenditioner results, alternate with Clenditioner. Color will start to lighten with each wash when a traditional shampoo is used. Pro Tips: Make sure enough product is being used. Hair should be saturated and product should be combed roots to ends. Yellow/ brassy blonde tones may play in effect with end result depending on Color + chosen. Silver, silver blue, light pink and platinum are geared towards the light blondes. The silver may turn a greenish hue IF the hair has any yellow tones, platinum will brighten blonde hair, silver blue will counter any brassy/orange tones.

    Q
I have highlights that have turned green, I want it to be more of a neutral brown. What color or colors would you recommend?
    Asked by Anonymous
Official Answer By Keracolor - BE
Thanks for reaching out—that’s a really common situation with highlighted hair, and it’s definitely fixable. Green tones usually show up when the hair has been exposed to things like pool minerals, hard water, or certain toners fading out. To shift your highlights back toward a neutral brown, you’ll want to counteract the green first and then rebuild warmth and depth. You can use our Mocha Latte to do this. If you have any more questions please email us at info@keracolorhair.com. We're here to help! Was this answer helpful to you
    Q
Do I need to wash my hair before using this product?
    Asked by Debby
Official Answer By Keracolor - BE
Great question—thank you for reaching out to us. No, you do not need to wash your hair first before using the product unless you have significant product buildup. For the best, most vibrant results, apply it to dry hair and leave it on for 25–45 minutes. This process can be repeated if needed to build and enhance the color and vibrancy. As always, please be sure to do a strand test before applying all over your head to confirm the correct timing and results for your hair. Good luck and enjoy your new hair color! Was this answer helpful to you
    Q
I have dark hair with caramel highlights but greys come in at roots so what color would I use between appointments?
    Asked by Color clueless
Official Answer By Keracolor - BE
Thank you for reaching out to us—great question! It really depends on the result you’re looking for. Please keep in mind that our Clenditioners don’t provide full gray coverage, as they use semi-permanent pigments rather than permanent color designed to fully cover gray hair. If you have highlights and want to keep them visible, you’ll want to be careful not to apply a shade that could alter their tone. If your goal is to softly blend grays with your existing color, choosing a shade close to your natural or current color can help achieve that effect. And if you’d like to maintain caramel highlights, selecting a shade similar to that tone would be your best option. You can also use two different shades—one for your base color and one for your highlights. If you decide to go that route, just be sure to keep them separated (for example, with foils) to avoid the colors blending together. If you’d like more personalized guidance, feel free to email us a photo of your current hair along with a photo of your desired look. That will help me assist you more accurately. I hope this helps! Q
I used your keracolor tinted gloss Friday night. Would it be okay to use this Sunday morning or would that damage my hair ?
    Asked by Beauty buff
Official Answer By Keracolor - BE
Hi there, Great question! Yes, it’s perfectly okay to use the Keracolor Tinted Gloss again on Sunday—it’s a non-damaging, conditioning formula, so using it a couple of days apart won’t harm your hair. Just keep in mind that using it more frequently may lead to a bit more color buildup or a deeper tone over time, depending on the shade. I hope this helps! Q
    does it come out?
    Asked by rose
Official Answer By Keracolor - BE
Hi, thank you for reaching out to us. Yes, it does fade with regular washing. You can also use a direct dye remover or a clarifying shampoo to help speed up the removal process. Keep in mind that some shades—especially deeper or more vibrant ones—can be more stubborn and may take a bit more effort to fully fade due to their higher pigment levels. I hope this helps! YESSSSSSSSSSSSS

I have been using this brand for about a year now, so I am SO EXCITED this is at Ulta (I just bought some and I'm bummed I didn't see this was on Ulta, missed out on those points...next time though!) I use the Light Pink and I love it so much. It's best to apply it through your hair like a normal ...

    Silver Blue Is Not Good

I got this in Silver Blue in the hopes of maintaining my artificial grey, since it fades fast no matter what. First, I expected the bottle to be bigger, since it's supposedly 12 oz. I know there's a volume difference between cylinders and cubes because of the angles but it still feels like a ripoff ...

I've been using Keracolor purple (and sometimes lilac) for five years and love it. My hair is super fine and I'm really careful what I put on it. Thanks to the conditioners in Keracolor, my hair is vibrant and healthy, never heavy or oily. Some days I use it alone--for more color--some days I wash first and then condition. The latter gives it a lovely, all-over color with enough variation in hew that, other than being purple, it looks natural and effortless. The color builds the more you use it, so don't expect "immediate" results. Also, for those who wonder: we have soft water and I never use gloves, as the product--even dark purple--doesn't stain. When I travel to an area with hard water, the color goes on brighter and more vivid, so using gloves can be helpful, though still not necessary.

My hair tends to fade quickly, with orange tones being left. I wanted something I could use every few weeks to add the warmth and a bit of darkness back in. I tried a few things but after trying the Clenditioner in Auburn I will stick with this routine. It gave me EXACTLY the results I was hoping for and I cannot believe how soft and manageable my hair is afterward. I leave on for 10 minutes (with wet hair) and it's perfection for auburn reddish-brown. If I wanted more red in there I'd leave on longer. I've only ever tried 5-10 minutes.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

I have been so impressed with this product. It keeps my copper hair vibrant and fresh within minutes. The consistency is perfect to use in or outside of the shower and it smells so nice, too. Like an expensive perfume. It lasts a long time and overall I find it's a good value. The gloss is durable and comes out great every time.

I have bought several colors in this brand. I love that I can just wash this in at any time and it will either increase as I keep using it, or fade if I swap back to "regular" shampoo. My favorites are the hot pink and the lavender. I find blue to be the hardest to "fade" and it turns green on the way to going back to my blonde hair. I've had a good base with the pink, then, use the lavender and it makes it almost iridescent. There's no harsh smell and it doesn't discolor my hands..I use it in the shower, just let it sit on there while you're lathering up or shaving! Easy, breezy!
