Saturate hair with water and apply a generous amount of Color + Clenditioner. If applying to entire head of hair, comb from roots to ends to evenly distribute product. If applying to specific areas work through with fingers. Leave on for 3-20 minutes and rinse thoroughly. For maximum intensity, multiple applications may be needed to achieve desired tone. Color + Clenditioner can be applied to dry hair for a bolder color. The longer Color + Clenditioner sits on the hair the more color it will deposit. The lighter and more 'white blonde' the hair is the more true to tone the results from Color + Clenditioner will be. To maintain Color + Clenditioner results, alternate with Clenditioner. Color will start to lighten with each wash when a traditional shampoo is used. Pro Tips: Make sure enough product is being used. Hair should be saturated and product should be combed roots to ends. Yellow/ brassy blonde tones may play in effect with end result depending on Color + chosen. Silver, silver blue, light pink and platinum are geared towards the light blondes. The silver may turn a greenish hue IF the hair has any yellow tones, platinum will brighten blonde hair, silver blue will counter any brassy/orange tones.

Hi my hair used to be burgundy/red. I dyed it black and my ends seam to fade fast rather than the whole head. My ends turn into a brownish color. Will this product in the color black help maintain these ends?
- Asked by Brit
- Official Answer By Keracolor - BEHi! Thank you for reaching out to us—that’s a great question. Yes, you can absolutely use our Onyx color to help maintain your ends so they don’t fade as quickly. When color fades rapidly, it’s often a sign that the hair is damaged and needs extra care. To truly fix it at the core, we recommend incorporating deep conditioning treatments to help restore porosity and elasticity. This allows the hair to better retain color and improves overall health and longevity of the shade. Please let us know if you’d like recommendations for treatments or have any other questions—we’re happy to help. Was this answer helpful to you
- Q
I have mostly gray hair with some brown can I use the blue/ silver or silver through parts of my hair and is it permanent?
- Asked by Newbie
- Official Answer By Keracolor - BEThank you for reaching out to us—that’s a great question. Keracolor is a semi-permanent, color-depositing pigment and is not formulated to fully cover gray hair. Gray hair typically requires a permanent color for complete coverage. Keracolor also does not lighten hair. It can only deposit pigment to help neutralize or cancel unwanted tones, so it will not make brown hair lighter. I hope this helps. Was this answer helpful to you

I have natural unaltered dark brown hair, can I apply this to my hair to achieve a darker look?
- Asked by Roxy
- Official Answer By Keracolor - BEHi, thank you for reaching out to us—that’s a great question. Yes, you can use Keracolor to go darker on virgin hair. Since your hair has never been colored before, it may take a couple of applications to achieve your desired color and tone, as virgin hair can be more resistant to pigment at first. I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any other questions—we’re happy to help. Was this answer helpful to you

- Q
What colors should I mix to keep my strawberry blonde hair color vibrant?
- Asked by kenny
- Official Answer By Keracolor - BEHi, thank you for reaching out to us—that’s a great question. You can use our Copper and Red Clenditioners to create the perfect strawberry blonde for you. Just be sure to use consistent ratios each time and keep track of how you mixed it so you can reference it later. We always recommend doing a strand test first to dial in the correct timing and determine how many applications you’ll need before applying it all over your head. We hope this helps. YESSSSSSSSSSSSS
I have been using this brand for about a year now, so I am SO EXCITED this is at Ulta (I just bought some and I'm bummed I didn't see this was on Ulta, missed out on those points...next time though!) I use the Light Pink and I love it so much. It's best to apply it through your hair like a normal ...

Silver Blue Is Not Good
I got this in Silver Blue in the hopes of maintaining my artificial grey, since it fades fast no matter what. First, I expected the bottle to be bigger, since it's supposedly 12 oz. I know there's a volume difference between cylinders and cubes because of the angles but it still feels like a ripoff ...

Worth it
Bit pricey but I went through couple bottle when on sale and up keeps my copper color definitely recommend. Left my hair shiny and soft. Wear a shirt you dont care about because it does stain and sometimes in sink (temporary).
I would buy this again!

Love this product
My hairstylist recommended me to try this out. I love that its a 3 in 1. My hair feels andlooks so shiny after using it!
Easy to use and great pay off!
I use the color Mocha about twice a week on my burnette natural hair to deepen the color AND helps to add beautiful shine and combat damage. Will also mix with my normal conditioner for less color deposition.
perfect for diy girlies
This was soooo clutch for me!!! I am naturally a darkdark brown almost black and wanted to lighten my hair so i did a bleach bath with the ion permanent color. Obviously it did not come out perfect and i had different tones in my hair…this fixed it right away!!!! Definitely use as a hair mask out of the shower for like 30 min for most prominent results!
