Saturate hair with water and apply a generous amount of Color + Clenditioner. If applying to entire head of hair, comb from roots to ends to evenly distribute product. If applying to specific areas work through with fingers. Leave on for 3-20 minutes and rinse thoroughly. For maximum intensity, multiple applications may be needed to achieve desired tone. Color + Clenditioner can be applied to dry hair for a bolder color. The longer Color + Clenditioner sits on the hair the more color it will deposit. The lighter and more 'white blonde' the hair is the more true to tone the results from Color + Clenditioner will be. To maintain Color + Clenditioner results, alternate with Clenditioner. Color will start to lighten with each wash when a traditional shampoo is used. Pro Tips: Make sure enough product is being used. Hair should be saturated and product should be combed roots to ends. Yellow/ brassy blonde tones may play in effect with end result depending on Color + chosen. Silver, silver blue, light pink and platinum are geared towards the light blondes. The silver may turn a greenish hue IF the hair has any yellow tones, platinum will brighten blonde hair, silver blue will counter any brassy/orange tones.

- Q
Can this be used on gray hair?
- Asked by DRMINDY
- Official Answer By Keracolor - BEHi there, Thank you for reaching out to us—that’s a great question! Keracolor Clenditioners are semi-permanent color depositing, so they are not formulated to provide gray coverage. Gray hair typically requires permanent pigments for coverage. While Clenditioners can be used on gray hair, we generally don’t recommend it, as results can vary widely. Everyone’s gray hair is different, and the outcome can depend on factors such as hair texture, porosity, and the specific shade used. We hope this helps! If you have any additional questions, please feel free to email us at info@keracolorhair.com. Best regards, The Keracolor TeamWas this answer helpful to you

Hello, I have dark brown hair and recently highlighted it. It seemed to be fading already and much lighter than I wanted. Can I use the mocha kera color and help it tone down?
- Asked by Eva
- Official Answer By Keracolor - BEHi, thank you for reaching out to us — that’s a great question! Our Mocha, Espresso, and Onyx shades are not recommended for hair that has highlights, as they are cooler-toned colors. When applied to highlighted or blonde hair, the blue undertones in these shades can mix with the yellow in the hair, which may result in unwanted green tones. If you have highlighted hair and are looking to go a bit darker, we recommend doing a “fill” first using our Mocha Latte shade. This helps replace the warm undertones that blonde hair is missing, allowing the Mocha shade to appear true to color rather than looking off. This is also why we always recommend seeking professional salon assistance when making drastic color changes or working with highlighted hair, as a stylist can help ensure the best and most accurate results. If you have any additional questions, I'm a licensed cosmetologist, feel free to email us at info@keracolorhair.com — we’re always happy to help! Was this answer helpful to you
- Q
How fast does it fade?? Does it fade fully??
- Asked by Esther
- Official Answer By Keracolor - BEHi! Great question—thank you so much for reaching out to us. It really depends on several factors, including how healthy your hair is, its level of porosity, your hair care routine, and how often you wash it. Some colors fade out completely, while others may leave a slight stain depending on the hair. Because everyone’s hair is different, it’s hard to say with 100% certainty whether it will fade out fully, but these factors all play a role. Please let us know if you have any other questions—we’re happy to help! Was this answer helpful to you

Is the "Cinnamon" a Cool or Warm tone? I need a warm color for my Level 7 highlights that the salon glossed with Copper. I love Copper so much. I love a brown-copper more than an orange or gold copper. Because my skin tone is neutral and beige/peachy I need warm that comes from red, not yellow to make me glow. II am unsure whether to pick the Cinnamon or the Copper. And even perhaps mixing one of those two with Mocha Latte because I like Copper that is Brown Dominant with a kiss of red. Thank you!
- Asked by WeNeedWorldPeaceAgain
- Official Answer By Keracolor - BEHi there, Thank you for reaching out to us! Cinnamon leans more red, while Copper is more orange—both are warm-toned pigments. If you visit our website and click on the SHOP tab, then head to the Naturals collection, you’ll be able to view the Copper and Red swatches there for a closer comparison. We also recommend checking out Auburn, which includes brown tones with a warm base and may be a great option depending on the look you’re going for. YESSSSSSSSSSSSS
I have been using this brand for about a year now, so I am SO EXCITED this is at Ulta (I just bought some and I'm bummed I didn't see this was on Ulta, missed out on those points...next time though!) I use the Light Pink and I love it so much. It's best to apply it through your hair like a normal ...

Silver Blue Is Not Good
I got this in Silver Blue in the hopes of maintaining my artificial grey, since it fades fast no matter what. First, I expected the bottle to be bigger, since it's supposedly 12 oz. I know there's a volume difference between cylinders and cubes because of the angles but it still feels like a ripoff ...

Did not do anything with the color
nice color.
I like the color. No issues. This product stinks to high heavens though. Smells like bug spray. The best way I can describe it is flowers and pepper. Not awesome.

I have gray hair and I thought this would work, however when I read the label at home (I don't peel labels in store out of consideration), it said not to use on gray hair. Bummer. For the price I paid I could have brought some Lunar Tides.
