Can this be used with cocokind nourishing barrier serum?
- Asked by Mw
- Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand EngageHi there! Unfortunately, it is difficult for us to comment on the pairing of our products with those of other brands. We recommend consulting with your doctor/dermatologist, gradually incorporating one new product into your regimen at a time, and applying test patches first to see what works best for your skin. We hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you
- Q
Can it be used with Retinal 0.2%? What's the difference between this and SerumMulti-Peptide + HA Serum. Is the same Matrixyl or one of them is more "powerful"?
- Asked by Andrea
- Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand EngageHi there, yes Matrixyl 10% + HA can be used with Retinal 0.2% Emulsion in the same regimen. We'd recommend applying Matrixyl 10% + HA first, followed by Retinal 0.2% Emulsion. Matrixyl 10% + HA is a more concentrated version of Matrixyl, which is also present in Multi-Peptide + HA Serum at a lower dose. Multi-Peptide + HA Serum also contains a variety of other peptides such as Argirelox, and Syn-ake.Was this answer helpful to you

OMG this thing is staying in my fridge forever
Very impressed so far with this product. I use this in the morning before applying the buffet serum and the moisturizer HA and at night I use the retinol 0.5% in squalene with the Azelaic acid suspension 10% cream and the moisturizer. I am into week two and my complexion is back to pink (from a seri...

Not sure
Bought by mistake, thought it was AHA. Have used quarter of bottle and found irritation on my neck. Same as the retinol. Just in the horizontal lines of the neck. Used on the face is ok. Not confident to use around the eyes.

Matrixyl Perfection
Swapped out my Timeless Matrixyl 3000 for this one after reading up on matrixyl types. The Ordinary's had both types I was looking for, at a fraction of the price. Pleasantly surprised by the formula, which is light, absorbs quickly, and has only a faint scent that reminds me of cold sake.
impressive!! highly recommend
i have used a few things from the ordinary before but i decided to branch out and try something else they make. honestly im never disappointed w their products. i got this to trybecause i have a deep wrinkle from furrowing my brows a lot and my skin is so dull. instantly upon applying this serum brought life back to my skin giving a very plump glowy appearance. the wrinkle was almost none existent as well….. i apply after washing my face at night and i just pat into my skin. pair it with my LED beauty mask and two weekss later wrinkle is nonexistent and skin retains moisture better. love and will be repurchasing until the day i meave this earth!
100/10 score
I bought this after seeing a woman swear by a combo of Matrixyl and Argineline for fine line reduction. It is a peptide, so it works best when used consistently although it may have long term results without everyday use! Ive been using this combo once or twice daily for 6 months. The reduction in my fine lines is palpable. Please dont discountinue these ever < 3
A staple in my skin care
This product is amazing in eliminating fine lines and wrinkles. I use it daily along with other The Ordinary products, and see a substantial difference in my skin. The Ordinary products are very light weight and seep into the skin without pilling or leaving residue. I'm 74 y/o and have used many products, but none were as effective as this line of skin care. I am very impressed with the results from this line of skin care products.
Breaking out!
I have used the plain HA without issue and decided to try this. Within a week, i am breaking out on both cheeks. I'm disappointed bc this product is actually less sticky than the plain HA once it dries and wont make my makeup pill the way HA alone does. Off to the drawing board for a different product
