WHITENING GEL PENS & WIRELESS WHITENING LIGHT: Rinse whitening light with water and dry with a paper towel. Remove the whitening pen cap and twist bottom of whitening pen counterclockwise until you see the gel on the top of the pen. Apply a thin, even coat onto each tooth's surface, ensuring the entire tooth is in contact with the gel. Wear the whitening light for 15 minutes. Once finished, take out the whitening light, spit out excess gel and brush the teeth. Rinse the whitening light and dry it with a paper towel. Put the whitening light back into its charging base for safekeeping for next use.

WHITENING STRIPS: Peel strips from the backing liner with dry hands. Look in a mirror, stretch the whitening strip, and apply with the sticky gel side against your teeth. Line them up with edge of gumline and apply gentle pressure to mold the strip securely to the teeth. Remove the strips after 60 minutes. Brush teeth to remove any residual.

OIL PULLING ORAL RINSE SACHET: Shake well. Open one premixed GuruNanda® Farmed Mint oil pulling sachet. Gently swish the oil between your teeth for at least 2 minutes. Try to work up to 10 minutes per use. DO NOT SWALLOW. Spit out into a trash can and rinse mouth thoroughly with water. Always brush your teeth AFTER using oil pulling. Ayurveda recommends scraping your tongue for better oral hygiene. If spilled on fabric, clean immediately as product may stain.

Precautions:
WHITENING GEL PEN: DO NOT LOOK INTO THE LIGHT DIRECTLY. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Not for children under age of 18. AVOID SWALLOWING. If more than the recommended amount of whitening gel is accidentally swallowed, seek medical help or contact a Poison Control Center. Avoid gel contact with all areas other than your teeth. If irritation of the gums or mouth occurs, discontinue use and consult a dentist. If product contacts the eye, skin, or hair, rinse thoroughly with water. Some people may experience temporary gum sensitivity when using. Consult your dentist before use if you have sensitive teeth or sore gums. Not recommended for use with braces. DO NOT USE: If you are allergic to any of the ingredients in this product, while sleeping, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Store in a cool place.

WHITENING STRIPS: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Not intended for use for children under 18. Do not swallow plastic strip. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not get on clothing or fabrics. Avoid skin contact. Do not eat, smoke, sleep, or drink (except water) while using. Tooth and gum sensitivity might occur, but these effects are generally mild or temporary. They will go away after discontinuing use. DO NOT brush immediately before applying the strips. Wait at least 30 minutes. Doing this will help avoid gum irritation. IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF DENTAL WORK, HAVE HAD RECENT DENTAL WORK DONE, OR HAVE STAINING FROM MEDICATION; ASK YOUR DENTIST BEFORE USE. Do not use on loose teeth, restorations, or braces. Whitening strips will only whiten natural teeth, not caps, crowns, fillings, or dentures. Store in a cool, dry place. Consult a medical professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have allergies to any of the listed ingredients.

OIL PULLING ORAL RINSE SACHET: Packaged in a facility that processes peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk and/or wheat. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. If more than a tablespoon is swallowed, consult a physician. Use only as directed. If irritation develops, discontinue use immediately. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients in this product. Store in a cool, dry place.
