This use to be my go to shampoo for my daughter and my self. Tried this new formula not liking how my hair feels/looks , dry and weighted down.Even the texture/consistency of the shampoo is different more of like a clear gel not like before milk not creamy . I used the old Volume Bloom formulation and don't notice a difference with this new Boost version. I was scared to try it with the bad reviews so thought I'd add my good experience 🤷♀️

Bring back volume bloom formula
Bought the new volume boost formula by mistake. It makes my hair feel dry and weighed down. I really miss how moisturizing the old volume bloom formula was and it made my hair shiney and full of volume. Will not buy the new volume boost formula again. I plan to return it, which I have never done at Ulta.
