When your Ultracalming cleanser bottle is empty, take cap or pump off the bottle. Unscrew the cap from the refill's resealable spout. Tilt pouch over bottle opening. Place the spout towards the opening of the bottle and slowly pour the product into the bottle. Replace cap back onto the resealable pouch and bottle. Use Ultracalming Cleanser as directed on bottle.

Amazing cleanser.
I love this cleanser. I've tried a few of the other Dermalogica ones and they leave my skin feeling tight, this is the only one that leaves my skin feeling hydrated yet clean.

I would be wary of this if you get congested acne/spots
I was recommended to use Dermalogica products by my beauty therapist. Broke my skin out
I had to return it.
Damaged Skin Barrier
I used this cleanser for several months. Mind you, I've never had "rosacea, or redness" on my cheeks. Well, after long use I either have one of both. I can most definitely inform you that this has damaged my skin barrier. I do not recommend this if you actually have "senstive skin"
20+ years and still the best cleanser
This has been my go-to since 2005. I strayed a few times, but have always come back to this. It helps keep my hyper sensitive skin from freaking out too much, and when it does freak out, this calms immediately.
Best Make Up Remover
This is my first step in a double cleanse at night. It takes off make up (Estee Lauder) beautifully. I follow up with the Dermalogica gel cleanser to have a fresh clean face ready to tone and moisturize. I have some redness. This product is calming. Love it!
Turns moldy
I keep this in my shower wnd twice now the product has become moldy. Its something to do with this bottle because the smaller option does not do this. I end uo wasting a ton of product
