#1 sleep aid for me
Lemme Sleep gummies were recommended to me by several friends & I tried them. After a month, I knew this was ThE best sleep supplement for me, so I subscribed for monthly delivery. I highly recommend.
Opposite effect for me
I wanted to love these but I literally felt opposite of sleepy when I took these, I was having night sweats and my heart was racing and I could not sleep. (If this helps anyone I am 30, 5'4" & 145 lbs and moderately active, also on a stimulant for ADHD that I take early AM and when I took the gummies it was well over 12/14 hrs so I know it was not mixing. I do drink a lot of coffee but usually stop around 2pm) I've read that some people are more sensitive to mixed supplements, guess I am one because I've taken all of what is in Lemme separately with no issue but once I had them combined it was the worst night of sleep. I even tried only taking 1 but the same thing happened so I just gave up. I gave them to my bf and he said they work and he doesn't mind them his only complaint was that it made him want to sleep more. So it worked for him but literally I can't take these. They have an amazing taste, everything you'd want in a gummy they just do not agree with me. Hope this helps!

This is my second bottle that I have purchased and it works great. Unfortunately, the second bottle seemed a bit stale, but it was not an expired bottle. Just wanted to let you know the quality was different the second time around. Thank you.
Sleep gummy
I got this because I didn't want to get full size and it not work. I think it worked well but I was disappointed that it didn't have a full 7 day supply in the packet. They were gummy and I liked the taste.
