Place one Quick Melt Strip on your tongue and allow it to fully dissolve before swallowing. Use as needed. Do not exceed 1 strip daily. Store in a cool, dry place.

High expectation
It took about 45 minutes to kick in and make me a little sleepy. I only slept for about 3 1/2 hrs and was back up. When it dissolves, I got a bitter taste in my mouth, that's was ok. Packaging was nice. I did taste the Cranberry flavor.

Love is product but it's only 5 mg of melatonin might try to make another one that is 10 mg of melatonin.

Amazing. The taste is horrible & it literally makes me gag. But within 15 minutes I'm asleep. My husband with insomnia issues & on 2 different sleeping meds & still has issues Falling asleep takes one & he is out. I've already ordered more. I actually asleep more than 5 hours a night now & i don't wake up groggy or tired. Only side effect is i have crazy dreams when i take it, but i think that's the melatonin in it bc when i take melatonin i gave horrible dreams.
