Place one Quick Melt Strip on your tongue and allow it to fully dissolve before swallowing. Use as needed. Do not exceed 1 strip daily. Store in a cool, dry place.

High expectation
It took about 45 minutes to kick in and make me a little sleepy. I only slept for about 3 1/2 hrs and was back up. When it dissolves, I got a bitter taste in my mouth, that's was ok. Packaging was nice. I did taste the Cranberry flavor.

I've used a few times and to my surprise they do seem to help me sleep. Not much usually does, but these seem to help I will definitely buy more. I don't use them every day, but it's nice to know they'll help when I need it.

I had high hopes for these but they didn't work for me. I take over the counter sleep meds every night and hoped these would work since they are all natural. I even bought a 2 pack! I didn't sleep nor even got sleepy. Sorry!
