I was very excited to give these a try as sleep is a constant battle for me! I have been a long time user and fan of the Sleeping Beauty supplement from Love Wellness, but the magnesium it contains is now giving me a lot of GI discomfort, and is not as effective as it once was. The day I received the strips, I went to bed and woke up 2-3 hours later and had trouble falling back asleep. Therefore, it was the perfect opportunity to give these a try. I fell asleep maybe 30 minutes after the strip dissolved and slept undisturbed for the remainder of the night! So far, every time I have used one, my sleep quality and duration has increased which is great! The only downside is that I have noticed that I have a bit of a sleep hangover after their use which is a bit of a bummer since I have a hard time waking up as it is. However, this is a small price to pay for how effective they are and I am hoping this will subside. The cranberry flavor is very nice and doesn't have the slight medicinal taste that the other berry flavored strips have. The packaging is great as the tin is nice and slim and each strip is individually wrapped. I am very happy with this product and highly recommend it!

I began to take these as of two weeks ago. I found them on a TikTok shop, but I love them. I have problems, falling asleep due to major pain in my shoulder and my knees or a severe arthritis. Throw up my body. There's certain things I can take as far as medication is concerning and I get tired of taking narcotics so these do wonders and they help me so much. I'm asleep in 30 minutes. Don't have to fight it or anything thank you. I highly recommend it.
