Place one Quick Melt Strip on your tongue and allow it to fully dissolve before swallowing. Use as needed. Do not exceed 1 strip daily. Store in a cool, dry place.

High expectation
It took about 45 minutes to kick in and make me a little sleepy. I only slept for about 3 1/2 hrs and was back up. When it dissolves, I got a bitter taste in my mouth, that's was ok. Packaging was nice. I did taste the Cranberry flavor.

Actually Works!
I've had insomnia all my life and nothing has ever seemed to work. Melatonin does absolutely nothing for me. The only thing that has ever worked in the past has been the Vicks NyQuil Pure Zzs (the non-melatonin one has been discontinued) or literal prescription sedatives. I got these on a whim and I was pleasantly surprised that they work really well. They don't have a high dose of melatonin in them, but that's fine by me since melatonin doesn't really work for me anyway. The main ingredient in it is valerian which does seem to work for me! The dissolvable strip is easy to use and absorbs fast. The only possible con is the taste, which is a tart cranberry. It doesn't necessarily taste good but it definitely isn't as bad as other reviews have made it out to be. Will continue to repurchase. 🙂

I use these strips as part of my wind down routine and let one dissolve on my tongue about 1-2 hours before bedtime. They do a wonderful job of preparing my mind and body for sleep. The strips are convenient to take and have a nice berry flavor. I would definitely recommend giving them a try!
