Pour onto cotton pad until fully saturated. Gently wipe pad across face to cleanse and remove face makeup. To remove eye makeup, hold pad over closed eyelids for a few seconds, then gently wipe away. Use daily. No need to rinse.
Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

Wouldn't suggest this product if you have oily skin
This product does work well getting makeup off on the first try, but the purpose of the product is that you aren't supposed to have to wash your face with your regular face wash afterward. The manufacturer's website even says it is not supposed to require rinsing. I used this and the next day my hus...

It's OK, but the original is better
I am in love with the original (blue formula) from Garnier, but I thought I would give this one a try. I wish I hadn't! It removes most of my makeup but does a pretty bad job with mascara (I mostly use tubing mascaras). This one would be a good option if you want to change your makeup but not your lashes.

My go-to morning cleanser
I have used this product basically since it came out. I find that other Micellar waters either smell bad, are drying, or leave residue. I like this one because my face always feels refreshed, not irritated, and no noticeable residue. I think the packaging is cute and effective at dispensing in the smaller size bottle. I have emptied more bottles of this than I can count and I will continue to buy! The only con is that it does not cut through heavier makeup very well for me, which is fine because I tend to use it as a light cleanser anyways.

I love the Garnier SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water as it removes my makeup and doesn't dry out my skin. A friend of mine actually turned it on to me and I have not stopped using it since! No hard chemicals either! Its the best!
