What is the difference between recyclable packaging recycled packaging?

Recyclable packaging can be recycled. It is collected, cleaned and sorted by material (paper, type of plastic, metal, etc.). Then, it is shredded, washed, melted and reformed into pellets, or granulate. This granulated plastic is used to make new packaging. Recycled packaging often refers to packaging made with recycled plastic from a recycling stream. 53% of Garnier’s plastic is recycled plastic.

This is my favorite micellar water for removing makeup and ensuring that my face is clean after I cleanse. It easily removed waterproof eyeliner and mascara without harsh rubbing.

I highly recommend pairing this with the balm! It gives alot of hydration for a makeup removal routine. I do a triple cleanse when i remove my makeup and adding this with the balm. My skin is super hydrated by the end.

Works well with my face regimen. I use products that have drying agents and I struggled finding a mild toner that didn't burn or dry out my skin. This is definitely it.
