Pour onto cotton pad until fully saturated. Gently wipe pad across face to cleanse and remove face makeup. To remove eye makeup, hold pad over closed eyelids for a few seconds, then gently wipe away. Use daily. No need to rinse.
Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

Wouldn't suggest this product if you have oily skin
This product does work well getting makeup off on the first try, but the purpose of the product is that you aren't supposed to have to wash your face with your regular face wash afterward. The manufacturer's website even says it is not supposed to require rinsing. I used this and the next day my hus...

How does this have so many good reviews?
I used to use Garnier Micellar water loyally a few years ago, but did cleansing balm for a little bit. I decided to come back to what i thought was my tried and true and HOLY MOLY this is the worst makeup remover I have EVER used. Does NOT remove mascara at all, and it stings when I use it. I've used it 4 times now and have wasted 1/4 of the bottle with the amount I have had to use.
I would buy again! Works perfect every time.
