Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with lukewarm water. Lather a quarter size amount of shampoo in hands and then work into roots and where hair touches the scalp. Rinse shampoo. Squeeze out excess moisture before applying conditioner.
Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse well with water.

gifted by ouai … I've been using the OUAI Medium Hair Shampoo and Conditioner Set for a few weeks and honestly, I have mixed feelings—but mostly positive. The shampoo cleans really well without leaving my hair feeling stripped, and I noticed my hair looks shinier and more manageable after each wash. The conditioner is lightweight but still hydrates enough to keep my hair soft and smooth without making it feel heavy. One of my favorite things is the scent—it smells like a high-end perfume and lingers in the hair. That said, it's not super nourishing, so if your hair is very dry or damaged, this might not be enough on its own. Also, the fragrance might be a bit strong for sensitive scalps. Overall, I think it's a great everyday duo if you have normal to slightly dry hair and want that clean, soft, "salon finish" look. I would repurchase, but I'd pair it with a deeper treatment when my hair needs extra care.
