Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with lukewarm water. Lather a quarter size amount of shampoo in hands and then work into roots and where hair touches the scalp. Rinse shampoo. Squeeze out excess moisture before applying conditioner.
Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse well with water.

Strips newly colored hair

Would not recommend for newly colored hair. Used twice and lifted the color from my hair. Newly colored hair from salon looked like it was a month old left my brown hair with yellow tone streaks. Have never had this happen. Again BEWARE IF YOU HAVE COLORED HAIR

Itchy Scalp and Eyes
I use a couple different shampoos so I didnt realize at first, but this shampoo made my scalp itchy as well as my eyelids and face. Im not for sure, but it might have also given me a breakout. I actually didn't mind the rose/floral scent and the formula was a tad drying but it worked for my oily scalp/thin strands. I got pretty good volume and my curls stayed styled, so if you're not sensitive you might like this.

Wow! the shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel amazing during the shower process! Then once I got out, it smelled good and had fewer tangles than I've ever had. After blow drying, it appears shiny, smooth, and less frizzy than before. My new favorite!!

My favorite shampoo, have been using for a few years and cant say anything bad. Smells amazing, removes buildup of products, makes my hair soft without drying it out. I wash twice with it, the first wash doesnt lather so much but removes product and the second one really lathers and gets to the scalp. Bottle size seems small but it lasts me way longer than I first expected.
