Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with lukewarm water. Lather a quarter size amount of shampoo in hands and then work into roots and where hair touches the scalp. Rinse shampoo. Squeeze out excess moisture before applying conditioner.
Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse well with water.

Super drying
Bought this shampoo to try and switch it up because I've been using the Pureology for forever. I only wash my hair around 2-3 times a week depending on what I've been doing, this shampoo has dried out my hair, made my scalp super dry, and its made more of my hair fall out in general. And I've been using it for 2-3 months so I gave myself some time to see if maybe it would stop. Its hasn't. I don't know for sure if its just my hair type that doesn't work with it or what but I just wanted to put it out there that it is SUPER drying on hair.
Stripped my hair from all oils
The smell is ok. Cleans *too* well – felt like it stripped my hair from all oils and moisture it had, to the point where it was impossible to brush and felt like a shower scrubber. Could not use it more than once. For reference, my hair is normal, straight, medium porosity, very low maintenance about the products I use.
Awesome shampoo
Ive been using for a month I pair it with the conditioner and ive noticed a difference. When I heat style my hair is shiny and frizz free. When I air dry my hair hair is shiny and friz free. I definitely recommend the teo together
