First I would like to say that using retinol is not a magic wand ! I read so many people say they've been using for a week or 2 and see no results.. Well, guess what ?!!! You won't see results for 2-3 months depending on the concentration of the retinol. I have combination/sensitive 35 year old skin...

Retinol cause severe skin reaction
My girlfriend got retinol burn from using this one. Like really bad, the first day she just red rash but then it became milia. She got in on her neck, chest, whole back m, etc not just her face. We went to urgent clinic and they said the retinol cause the milia on the whole body.

I started to have red dots eight after I started to use it. I tried to give a few days break and use it in every 2 or 3 days to see if it was really the product causing this problem and I was reassured it was the only reason.
Maybe not appropriate for rosacea.

I have mild rosacea and this caused a flare up of skin skin along with red bumps and tiny acne associated with my rosacea. The only thing I changed in my routine is the incorporation of this serum and switched the toleriane moisturizer
