Massage in a circular motion on the body or face until fully absorbed. For best results, apply twice daily for a minimum of 3 months. During pregnancy apply twice daily from the first trimester until after birth.

I don't love using this during pregnancy because it contains Retinyl Palmitate, but even some doctors recommend Bio Oil so I thought I would give it a try. Overall, I didn't find it any better or worse than the oil I was using before. It helps to moisturize my skin but I can't say whether it helps...

A little goes a long way with this product! I have Normal/Dry skin and use a few drops of Bio-Oil after my moisturizer with my gua sha tool.

First time trying this all natural version of the iconic Bio-oil. I love the original version, so I wasn't sure I'd like it as some reviews online mentioned it didn't absorb nearly as well as the original and/or that it had a musty odor. Decided to order and try anyway, and I 100% love this version. While I like the original scent, using the oil on any area larger than my hands or tummy was likely to kick off a headache. Since Bio-oil is the best hydrator I've found yet for psoriasis, the fragrance was a minor inconvenience. But now with this natural version without added aynthetic fragrance, I'm in skincare paradise. There's barely a scent at all, and what I do catch is very lightly floral. Doesn't interfere with any perfume you'd wish to wear. My winter psoriasis flare-ups are gone with a couple of days, not weeks. Since my skin tends to run dry, this oil absorbs immediately which makes it great for layering under a thicker body lotion or creme. A few others who've tried it alao mentioned how quickly this oil absorbs. I can get dressed right after applying from neck to toes without getting an oil spot on my clothes. Anybody know if Bio-oil makes body wash??

I'm a pretty big fan of this product! I've used it for years and the biggest piece of advice I could say is that a little bit goes a long way, and be patient! You may not see results immediately so it will definitely take time.
