After cleansing with Re:GRO Anti-Thinning Shampoo & Conditioner, towel dry. Apply the Serum directly to your scalp in lines front to back, or side to side, about a quarter apart, squeezing as you go. Massage in with fingertips, spreading it to ensure all areas of the scalp are covered. No need to rinse, you're good to go. Use at least 4x per week for 12 weeks for best results.

sloppy way of dispensing product
I only went through one bottle so probably not enough time to notice a difference, but I didn't like the way the product dispensed. If you squeeze just a little too hard you might use too much in one spot. The formula was intriguing but I just wish it had been in a dropper instead.

One word GREASY !!! Before shower on dry hair or after on wet hair did nothing just weighed my fine hair.

Im on a liitle over 1 month of this product. The first two weeks ,my hair started shedding alot and thinning. I was so scared and almost stopped, but decided to stay consistent. I'm now on a little over a month and my hair is thick and growing!! I tend to pull out my hair when im anxious and this is bringing it back! I also use this with the shampoo and conditioner, my hair is so soft and shiny! The smell of the shampoo and conditioner is not wonderful but it works!
