After cleansing with Re:GRO Anti-Thinning Shampoo & Conditioner, towel dry. Apply the Serum directly to your scalp in lines front to back, or side to side, about a quarter apart, squeezing as you go. Massage in with fingertips, spreading it to ensure all areas of the scalp are covered. No need to rinse, you're good to go. Use at least 4x per week for 12 weeks for best results.
