Lather a quarter-size (or more!) dollop between palms and massage in, concentrating on your scalp and roots, lathering until you have a thick foam and you've covered all bases (areas of your head). I wanna give it a better review but I can't.
If you work really hard to wash it all out, this stuff is amazing. However, the smell just isnt. Fortunately, the scent does not last past the shower. I want to give it 5 stars because my scalp is so clean without feeling dry and my hair is happy and bouncy. But if i do not get it all out of my hair...

I had the opportunity to try this product for free through the BzzAgent sampling program in exchange for a review. Where the product smells so clean and earthy I have not noticed any change. I do think it's worth giving a try long term, the review has to be done within a couple weeks so I've only used it 2-3 times over each week. It lathers amazingly but as far as growth and thickness there have been no changes to my natural hair. I would recommend it if I had long term use and saw the difference but to pay for something that doesn't see visible results I would not recommend. I do love how clean the ingredients are though!

I tried the California Naturals ReGro Shampoo for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! Upon the first wash, once my hair dried I noticed how soft and full it felt. I really liked how it felt and looked once it was dry compared to other shampoos I've been using. I need to continue using it to determine if I have less shedding but I do have high hopes so far. The ingredients all look good and it smells good. I would definitely recommend this product to friends as well as plan on buying more myself. I'm happy to find a new go-to shampoo because I have a hard time finding shampoos that I like and that work on my straight, oily, thin hair.
