Lather a quarter-size (or more!) dollop between palms and massage in, concentrating on your scalp and roots, lathering until you have a thick foam and you've covered all bases (areas of your head). I wanna give it a better review but I can't.
If you work really hard to wash it all out, this stuff is amazing. However, the smell just isnt. Fortunately, the scent does not last past the shower. I want to give it 5 stars because my scalp is so clean without feeling dry and my hair is happy and bouncy. But if i do not get it all out of my hair...

This shampoo moisturizers very well! My hair at the moment isn't too dry but my daughter's hair definitely needed help! It sure helped get some moisture in her hair and help get her tangles loose. It also makes both our hair look and feel fuller. The smell is also great. The only problem is that it took too a while to rinse out. Perhaps it's too thick.

Thank you to California Naturals for the free Re:GRO shampoo! I've been using California Naturals Re:GRO shampoo and have been really impressed! My hair feels noticeably cleaner, softer, and has more volume without feeling stripped or dry (even my blonde strands!). I love that it has a fresh, natural scent and gives my scalp that clean, refreshed feeling after washing. No residue build up or greasy feeling. I haven't been using it long enough to judge long-term growth results, but I'm already loving how healthy and full my hair looks and feels. I'll continue using it and it is definitely a new favorite in my hair routine!

I like this shampoo. My favorite thing about it is the smell, it smells just like rosemary without it being too much. I'd say it's not a miracle worker but the longer you use it the more you start to see some results. I was my hair once a week so it takes me longer time to see, but I noticed some decrease of hair on my brushes after a couple of uses. Despite it being sulfate free, it lathers very well. I would recommend, specially with its price.

I've been using the Re:Gro Shampoo for about a week now and it smells amazing! Has a very nice rosemary smell that sticks to your hair even after you dry it! I have only been using the shampoo for a week and haven't noticed anything crazy in terms of hair growth, my hair feels wonderful. Feels very healthy and full, my scalp is not oily or dirty looking/feeling. So I know the shampoo is doing something right! I can't wait to see what my hair looks like at the end of the month!

Smells great and fresh. Feels great in the shower and once it dries. Hard to tell if there is regrowth after a brief use, but I'll continue using to find out.
