Lather a quarter-size (or more!) dollop between palms and massage in, concentrating on your scalp and roots, lathering until you have a thick foam and you've covered all bases (areas of your head). I wanna give it a better review but I can't.
If you work really hard to wash it all out, this stuff is amazing. However, the smell just isnt. Fortunately, the scent does not last past the shower. I want to give it 5 stars because my scalp is so clean without feeling dry and my hair is happy and bouncy. But if i do not get it all out of my hair...

I have been using it consistently for a couple of weeks. It has an earthy smell and lathers nicely. I havent noticed any changes in my hair. It doesn't feel thicker. But it proabably needs more time

So I'm always usually pretty skeptical when I'm trying new things. I mean after all we don't know if it's going to work or not. I honestly am usually even more hesitant trying things on my hair just because I have very fine but thick native American hair. So it gets dry very quickly. I've been using this for the last week and honestly just truly amazing. My hair feels soft and it's very shiny and it feels even thicker than it did before. I am postpartum so I need a little help in that department with the postpartum shed happening. I appreciate very much giving me the sample and I truly will be buying this product in the future.

First off, I'd like to thank California Naturals for the free product! I used the California Naturals Re:GRO anti-thinning shampoo for a couple weeks to give it a chance to see if it worked. As far as a more "natural" product, the shampoo worked surprisingly well at cleaning my hair. Often times, more natural shampoos leave my hair feeling oily and greasy, but this one left my hair feeling pretty clean. However, I noticed no difference in my shedding. The hair falling out while washing remained pretty consistant the entire time with no difference as to how my hair was prior to using. So it didn't necessarily do what the name implies which is why I give it 3 stars.
