After washing away the Re:Gro Shampoo from your hair, work 2-3 pumps of the conditioner onto your strands, detangling as you go. After letting it marinate for about three minutes, rinse. If you can brave it, cold water helps seal in the hydration for extra soft hair. For best results, use consistently for at least 10 weeks.

The natural ingredients in this conditioner is reason enough to get it. I love castor oil and it's benefits so having it in a conditioner is amazing. The smell is very natural to its ingredients and is not heavily perfumed. It doesn't make my scalp or hair feel oily or heavy either. I've been using it for the past 2 weeks and already starting to see a difference in my hair loss. I love it!

I gave this product to my mother as she is an older lady who's experiencing hair thinning. She loves the product and feels as though it's strengthing her thicker areas of hair as we work to grow in the thinning areas.
Scent is the only good thing about it.

My hair felt awful after a few weeks of use...dry and rough. I feel like I was losing 2x the hair after using it. Would not recommend.
