I own four Slip brand sleep masks, myself, and have purchased 5-6 as gifts in the last two years. I lost the white in hotel sheets (color was so close, I left without it). But it was excellent for blocking sun in our Vegas suite. The caramel is a gold. I love it, probably my favorite one for color. ...

The BEST Sleep Masks on the Market

I've been using sleep masks since 2016 and after trying many different masks- in 2017 switched to the Slip Silk Sleep Mask and NEVER looked back. It's the best silk sleep mask on the market. I've tried other 100% Silk sleep masks but this one is the softest, smoothest, and coolest (temperature wise) of the bunch. It consistently fits like a glove without being too tight. I have also tried many colors including light colors like pinks and whites and dark colors like blues and blacks and they all block out the light SO well. I reccomend these to my friends all the time. It's an absolute hit.

I have been using a sleep mask nightly for seven years or so, and I have tried many different styles and materials in that time. I worry about the band rubbing on my hair at night so I bought a Slip mask in the hopes it would be less rough on my hair. Unfortunately, the Slip mask (most expensive mask I have ever bought) also has turned out to be the worst. It's flimsy, too small to really cover my eyes, and I got it in pink- turns out it's pretty much see through. I barely blocks out light which is silly since that's generally why people use sleep masks. I cannot sleep if there is visible sunlight in my room so the mask is now worthless to me. Their trying to push it as a luxury item, but to me it's gimmicky since it doesn't even do what it's supposed to do. Very much not worth the cost in my opinion, it ended up being a waste of money.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

I've been in the market for a luxury sleep mask for ages now. I thought I'd finally found my product but alas... This insanely expensive and high-end sleep mask has NO HEAD SIZE ADJUSTER! If your head is slightly larger than average, this mask will cut off circulation to your eyes, I guarantee it.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

So in my house we have five of these masks, my daughter uses them fairly regularly and I use them nightly. We have two charcoal, two black I purchased from ulta and a white and pink marble one I purchased from slip directly. The dark ones are great. The pink and white marble though… ehh not so much, it doesn't do much for blocking out light. They're very soft and feel so nice on. But if you're looking to block out light then stick with the darker colors. I've had no issue with them slipping off while I sleep which tends to be an issue for me with masks I've used previously. Also, after a few years of almost nightly use the bands have stretched out slightly compared to a new one I purchased recently but not as much as I would have expected based on previous experiences with less expensive eye masks. Overall I think they're a bit expensive but they seem to hold up, I mean when you think about it I've had most of these for about three years and even at full price it would cost about 17.00 a year per mask. So it's not a terrible investment vs masks that stretch out and have to be replaced every six to twelve months. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Do yourself a favor though, wait for 20% off, use points or at least wait until you get bonus points for purchasing the mask.
