I have been using this mouth tape for several weeks, but I think it's too small to fit most lips appropriately. I have been using this mouth tape for several weeks, but I think it's too small to fit most lips appropriately. I wouldn't even say that I have big lips in general, but the shape of this mouth tape does not allow for my mouth to stay completely shut. I find that the lower portion lifts from my bottom lip, and the corners are too tapered, so the side of my mouth is generally a little exposed. I think if you have very small lips, then you will not have any issues like this. I also find the paper to be a bit frustrating to remove because it can never evenly separate from the sticky part that actually goes over your mouth. Overall, I think they can improve this product. There is another brand I found at Ulta that sells a mouth tape that is much larger and I've been loving that one so far, and it's cheaper and double the amount of tapes.
Mouth taping for drymouth

Nose Breathing Feels So Much Better
I didn't realize how much mouth breathing was affecting my sleep until I tried this. Breathing through my nose all night makes me feel calmer and more rested in the morning. I wake up with more energy now and no dry mouth.

I'm really happy with this mouth tape. I use these to keep my mouth closed while sleeping. The material feels soft on the skin and doesn't leave any sticky residue behind. I really enjoyed my experience with the Skin Gym Mouth Tape for sleeping. I'll definitely buy them again!
