Massage into wet hair, allow to remain on hair for 1-5 minutes. Rinse. Repeat as needed. Follow with Platinum Blonde Violet Conditioner.

If eye contact or adverse reaction occurs, rinse with cool water. Keep out of reach of children. May stain fingernails, fabrics and other porous surfaces. Paul Mitchell Platinum Blonde Shampoo brightens blonde, silver, and gray hair by neutralizing brassiness. It keeps hair soft and hydrated, though it's a bit pricey. I love changing shampoo's. It's giving me a good texture to my hair!

Can this be used on hair that is a dark brown base color with some blond highlights? Or is there another product meant for brunettes. Both the brown and blond in my hair develop warmth and brassiness due to well water. The water is treated with a softener, but my hair still seems to develop the brassy/reddish tones rather quickly.
