Massage into wet hair, allow to remain on hair for 1-5 minutes. Rinse. Repeat as needed. Follow with Platinum Blonde Violet Conditioner.

Can this be used on hair that is a dark brown base color with some blond highlights? Or is there another product meant for brunettes. Both the brown and blond in my hair develop warmth and brassiness due to well water. The water is treated with a softener, but my hair still seems to develop the brassy/reddish tones rather quickly.

Does Your product have sulfate in it? Including the purple shampoo/ conditioner? Can you inform me of which Paul Mitchell products do not contain sulfate and are super moisturizing? ( my hair tangles easily and is very dry following my shower and hair routine even when only washing it 3x per wk as my hairdresser advised. I love the PM line, and the smell of your famous awamphi line; but definitely need sulfate free as i have become naturally silver and have dark base with platinum blonde highlights and lowlights put in. if you can advise me on a very moisturizerising-sulfate free product that also keeps and maintains my color from turning brassy. Id appreciate it!!! Alex.

Paul Mitchell Platinum Blonde Shampoo brightens blonde, silver, and gray hair by neutralizing brassiness. It keeps hair soft and hydrated, though it's a bit pricey. I love changing shampoo's. It's giving me a good texture to my hair!

I used this product for the first time today. My hair felt extremely stiff during the washing proscess and i realized alot started falling out while i was shampooing/conditioning. Conditioner was kind of watery. I did not have this issue before this

I'm a balayage girlie for the last 15 years and I've tried so many purple shampoos. This is actually one of the more decent ones. It goes on real easy, doesn't smell too bad, and washes out easy. The best part is, it doesn't really leave my hair too dry like some others I've come across. It is pricey, but what purple shampoo isn't?
Good for bleached hair
So… it doesnt lather well unleds you use a good amount. Let it sit on your hair 2-3 minutes before rinsing. Make sure you use a good hydrating conditioner as your hair msy feel tangled after you shampoo.
