Don't pass on this!
Finally a foundation I can work with, and it looks good. My shade is M2Olive and for the concealer I use LM2Olive. I'm a maturing 40s, light skin, black female, with normal to dry skin. Many years ago I remember being told by a teacher who did audio visual/TV that I have an olive undertone, but when it came to makeup everyone categorized me as neutral leaning warm. I was never happy/satisfied with my foundations. Idk, what made me try this one and go with the olive undertone but am so glad i did. I love this foundation for its medium buildable coverage and how close the complexion match is to my actual complexion. However, even though I have a pretty decent skincare routine, this can be a little drying. For me it's the corner if the nostrils and down to my chin. To combat it, I sheer it out in that area and add just a tiny bit more moisturizer in that area. It's advertised as natural, semi-matte, long lasting up to 12 hours and it didn't miss the mark. I actually wear my make up 16+ hours and no touchups. I add my Charlotte Tilbury Flawless setting spray to help combat some of the matte look and it does well. And complete it with the Morphe Lifeproof setting spray (white can). I would love if they came out with something just a little less matte for us dry skin girlies. Come on Halsey. Here my cry! I wanted to love this…
This is the first product from About Face that hasnt worked for me and im heartbroken bc F2Olive was my perfect shade match. No matter what skin prep i did, primer/no primer, different setting powders, it always broke up in the t-zone, and my chin. It settled into my pores and looked like curdled milk.
The BEST foundation EVER
This is literally the best foundation I have ever used. I hope it never goes away. Literally just buy it and you'll know what I mean. Olive skintone friendly and I LOVE the applicator
Fair Olive Perfection
This foundation is literally the best shade match of my life! F2 completely blends in with my skin and the performance is great. It's buildable with a satin finish, stays on well with powder. A must try if you're a fair olive!
10/10 foundation
SOOO GOOD! im have a light olive tone and it matches me PERFECT. So blendable and looks great on. Doesnt dry me out and just looks so natural on. Only downside is the applicator, when i tried testers on in store the applicator made them splatter, but with gentle use this doesnt seem to be a problem.
