I purchased a similar model different manufacturer and returned it because it had a clicking noise (that was annoying) due to the Ionic generators built in to it, I even exchanged it and the 2nd did it also, so I read the manual and it says its normal. Does this one have any type of clicking sound to it?

I just purchased the Nano Titanium 1 1/4" ionic flat iron. The plates do not press together all the way. There is a very noticeable amount of space between the plates. I have to press extremely hard to get the plates to fully touch which will be a problem for my very fine strands. Is this normal for this particular model or is mine defective? I purchased another flat iron from the same brand and didn't have this problem.

Hi, does the sive 1 1/4 inch or 1 inch depend on the lenght of your hair or not, is it what you perfer over all. Willthe 1 1/4 inch get closes to roots or can I use the 2 inch just the same?? The best I've ever bought
THE BEST IVE EVER HAD. Ive had this straighten for 7 years. Never has caused static. Never had any problems with it electrically. Heats up fast. I straighten my naturally curly/wavy hair about 1-2 times a week. Would never change from this brand. Absolutely love it. I double recommend getting the larger one of the two. LOVE LOVE LOVE BUY IT

I have very curly hair and my niece used her iron on me and I fell in love. Straightens fast, makes my hair shiny, if I turn it it makes a wave. (This is a learning process🤡) It's expensive but totally worth it!!!!
Still going strong after 15+ years
I bought this from my hairdresser more than 15 years ago (not sure why she was selling them, but she was.) I remember she said "This is the last flat iron you'll ever have to buy". Honestly, I think she may be right! It heats up in seconds and gets the job done. My hair is somewhat coarse with an annoying slight wave. I wish everyone would have the same great experience as I did, and continue to have.

I have had this flat iron for about 4 years now and it has been amazing! I have thick long hair and the hottest I keep it at is 340 and it only takes 2 passes on each strand. I get compliments on how straight, shiny and healthy it looks, even from my stylist! Before this, it took me at least 1 hour to straighten my hair, now, its about 35 minutes.
