After shampooing, thoroughly towel-dry hair to remove excess water.* Brush out hair using a detangling brush or comb, and separate into large sections. Place the Double Shot underneath each section and work it slowly from roots to ends, until the section is dry and smooth. For volume at the roots, use horizontally at the crown. The Double Shot can also be used on dry hair to create a smooth, finished look.
*For extra-thick or long hair, it may be necessary to rough-dry hair with a regular blow-dryer before using The Double Shot.

For someone like me who has had super thick hair her entire life, finding a dryer that cuts dry time and styles just the way I want it seemed almost impossible. Piece of junk
I've had it for 9 months and it's…not good. I feel like the cheap Revlon brush is better and I am definitely going to move up to the Dyson air wrap. This gets so hot it burns the yellow tips (making them brown) before each individual brush falls off completely (see pic). Super bummed.

Better for thick hair
I was excited to use this brush but it didnt work for my medium length thin hair. I used it 2x and my hair felt and looked like straw, really dry and frizzy. It may work better for thicker hair. I ended up returning it.

I like the fact of having the brush and heat together. I think the barrel might be too big for my hair. I would like to see if this particular brush comes with a smaller brush.

I have thick, wavy hair. It would catch my hair in the ends and rip it out. Maybe better for thin hair.

Absolutely love it!! It dries my hair quickly and I love that you have to use larger sections for f hair. This makes my hair fuller and shiny. This has been my most favorite hair dye in years. I will never use any other product.
