When you get to the end of your eye balm stick, peel off the little white sticker at the bottom, revealing a hole inside the tube. I used a Q-tip to press the remaining product up out of the tube and you are not going to believe how much is still in there! I have been throwing these away every time ...

I have tried this a few times , because it's praised by influencers on social media. It burned my skin. Actual burns. I had red marks that lasted 3-4 days! At first I thought I used too much product. The product is good, but I was surprised that you can turn the bottom and get more product. I pretty much went through it in two weeks using it twice a day.
Terrible Packaging!
Third tube same problem. Expensive product and cheap packaging. Im moving on to a different product
One more chance
As others have noted the packaging is really frustrating. Thought the first one was a fluke when it wouldn't twist. Happened again to the second one. Really love the product so that's a bummer. Going to give it one more try just because I really like the product and it's on sale. For the price, the twisting mechanism shouldnt be such an issue. Unfortunately, if it happens again, I'm moving on to another similar product.

love this product BUT as others have claimed the package is TERRIBLE. it breaks after a few twists. Had to empty the product into a scew top container so I can still use it. ( afterall, this is Not Cheap)!!! so i recommend the balm but RoC FIX THE PACKAGING
