Im not sure how to feel about this. Thw taste is fine! And i have really about sleeping insomnia but I actually slept with this buuuuut my stomach dont agree! I woke up and used it on myself IN THE BED! On accident of course. Super embarrassing. My stomach jusg dong agree with this at alllll :(

Sleepy girl Mocktail w tart cherry juice
I drink this reguarly mixing it with tart cherry juice. Been doung this for about a month, I dont really notice any results but it does taste delicious. Be aware if you take too much you will have diarrhea but that comes with taking too much of any type of magnesium.
