I did notice some dryness where the tape touched, but nothing major. Still getting into the habit, but a solid option for anyone looking to try mouth taping.
Ouch!
These strips really do keep your mouth closed while you sleep. That is a plus. However, when you decide to take the strip off, you have to be really careful. I pulled one of the strips off of my mouth and it took quite a bit of the skin and my lip with it.It really hurts.

This mouth tape is great. Covers my lips, does not leave a sticky residue and has the little breathing hole if that helps you. These are much better quality than many other brands I've tried.
