There are serious issues with the spring that allows you to open and close the iron to curl. [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I am loving this Bio Ionic 0.75" Long Barrel Curling Iron! I use it when I want to add tighter curls to my hair. My hair is long and thick so requires high heat and with a max heat setting of 430 I get curls that look perfect and last all day. Because this curling iron is nanoionic ceramic, my hair isn't getting damaged which is major. The long barrel works very well with my long hair leaving a soft, shiny curl. This is one awesome curling iron that I highly recommend.
