There are serious issues with the spring that allows you to open and close the iron to curl. It's like the spring gets too hot, softens, and ends up stuck and the iron won't close all the way to secure the hair. I use the tool the way it is intended. Second time I've purchased
Purchased a second one after loving my first one so much. Problem with my second one is the grip/clamp is not very strong so my hair slips out if I don't put it in just right. Too late to return when it finally became too annoying.
I love this curling iron!!
I absolutely love this iron! Very easy to use, warms up quickly and I can do my hair so quickly because of the size. Gives me the perfect waves I want for my layers.

Purchased online for in store pickup. I like the brand and quality, and needed a new iron. The description only says, long barrel. I picked up my bag from my local store brought it home and put it in my closet. I wasn't 100% sure about it. I finally got it out and pulled the lid off (no wrapping to open) and looked inside. It was so long! Way too long for my small 1/2 bathroom counter. No way I could use it in my space. I looked at the date of purchase and thought I had one day left to return, so I took it back. I never touched the iron. Just did an eyeball measurement. They gave me a merch credit since it's 30 days not and not 60. Fine. As I was browsing fragrance. I heard 3 employees talking about me, saying I was lying. That I had used it. What???!! I was livid! Their store was the one that gave me that iron, exactly like that! It did not look used to me! I would've been so angry if it was! Why would I need to lie about it? To talk about me, and call me a liar and I am there. The kicker, they gave me something tampered with or used or ??? I don't know. My finger prints would not be on it! So, beware if you pick up something from the store when you order online! So unprofessional!
Doesn't hold curl long
Its ok. It doesnt hold my curl all day unless i pin hair up and hairspray well. Its also finiky with buttons and its hard to get it to prop up when hot but still in use.

I bought this iron after a hair appointment where my stylist was using it. I was hesitant at first d/t the price.... bbuuttttt so far so good!!! It heats up fast, has multiple heat settings, and gives a great curl!
