There are serious issues with the spring that allows you to open and close the iron to curl. Healthy looking curls
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I'm totally impressed with this curling iron. It has an extra-long barrel, so curling my long hair was much easier. I could reach better and fit more hair on the barrel. This is a 0.75" size barrel which made perfect ringlets. It has 6 heat settings, so I found the perfect one for my hair. It's a ceramic iron, so it actually made my hair softer, shinier, and smoother, which was awesome because my hair is dry and frizzy from coloring it. Curling time is cut in half by using this styler, and my curls lasted a long time. The quality of this styler is obvious by how it transformed my hair from frizzy to healthy-looking curls, using the ionic technology involved that hydrates the hair and by how solid it is. It's quite an impressive curling iron.

The handling on it makes it very easy to hold and use, it also has a lip so you're counter doesn't get hot which for me is always a plus!
Great investment
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This bio ionic curling iron is a new favorite! It has an extra long barrel which makes item easier to curl larger sections and is ideal for medium length (me) to longer hair lengths. It also is super helpful for reaching the back of the head. Their nanoionic technology is great because it helps reduce frizz. I have fine, wavy hair which is prone to frizz and so this curling iron helps to reduce frizz and to boost shine! I love that there's a lot of adjustment for the heat settings so that I won't damage my hair from the heat. It can go as low as about 250 deg F. I was nervous about the 0.75" size because I didn't want tight curls, but this curling iron is designed to create loose curls and waves which is what I look for in a curling iron. Because the barrel is longer, my arm does get tired faster but I prefer it longer for overall ease of use. Sometimes when using, I accidentally press the buttons but that's a minor thing. Overall, I'm super impressed with the quality!
Easy to use, works well

i could get a better curl with a toothbrush.
the stand to "hold it" doesnt work so the curler is constantly moving around and touching your counter, my hair has never looked so flat and lifeless, not worth the money!!
