The right tool
This works. It is a solid, well built tool that gets your hair smooth and how you want on the lowet heat (I am Caucasian and have fine hair with a light, unruly curl that has lost its shine). I thought irons were irons, I'd buy the cheapest thing and thought that was equal. I reached a plateau and I...

DO NOT RECOMMEND!
There are serious issues with the spring that allows you to open and close the iron to curl. It's like the spring gets too hot, softens, and ends up stuck and the iron won't close all the way to secure the hair. I use the tool the way it is intended. I am not rough or overload the barrell with too ...

Ehh
This curling wand is honestly one of the most frustrating styling tools I've ever used. First off, it's way too heavy—after just a short time, your arm starts to feel it. The clamp lever is awkwardly positioned and sticks out so far that it's nearly impossible to reach comfortably, especially depending on how you're holding the wand. Even when you adjust your grip, it's still inconvenient and poorly designed. But the worst part? The clamp itself barely does its job. It's not tight enough to hold your hair securely, so you're constantly fighting to keep your hair in place while trying to curl it. That alone makes the whole experience irritating. On top of that, the temperature buttons are placed in the worst possible spot. While you're twisting and curling, your fingers keep accidentally pressing them—so you're not only struggling to style your hair, but also unintentionally changing the heat settings mid-use. It's incredibly annoying and feels like zero thought went into the design. For the price, this is completely unacceptable. A curling wand should make styling easier, not harder. Between the poor clamp, bad button placement, and uncomfortable handling, this product just isn't worth it at all.
Okay not best
Itll work dor now. Needs improvements
Pointless.
Idk why this gets so much hype.. my curls fall out immediately like instantly.. it has rendered it pointless to use so it just sits in my cabinet.
Love product
My first time purchasing a curling iron this expensive , but I kept hearing great things about it and my hair lady would curl my hair with this curling iron! I had to get and let me tell you! Worth every penny!
Bad company
I loved this curling iton for the whole 10 months that it worked. Then it messed up my electrical circuit breaker, which I had to replace, then it stopped working completely. I quickly learned there was a recall for this very problem. I followed the steps of the recall, verified it was one of the recalled models, contacted BioIonic for my mailing label, sent in my cord, etc. Now I've been waiting for 11 weeks for a "6-8 week" exchange, and they won't even respond to my emails until I have a tracking number, which I can't obtain until they send the replacement curling iron. Long story short, its a terrible conpany to do business with, so I'll never do it again. I still want the exoensive curling uron that I already paid for since they won't give me a refund. I spent $1300 on my extensions right before the stupid thing stopped working. Thanks Bio Ionic. Four thumbs down! I was also never told I could return it to Ulta or I woukd have.
