I loved the old Elf eyeshadow primer! I not only used it for my eyelids, but it did a great job on my bridge to even out the redness without having to wear many or heavy products. This new version is oily. It does not leave a tint. I used the original version to brighten my eye lids, even if I wasn't wearing eye shadow. This version is not the same. This is the first elf product I used, many years ago. I have expanded the products I use, as elf has expanded the line. However, this is a disappointing change.

I have been using the eyeshadow primer for years. Bought a new package of it(in this black container) and it's so watery. Not a creamy texture like the old version in the longer skim cream colored container. Will be looking for a different brand to use.

I've been using the e.l.f. Shadow Lock Eyelid Primer for years. I was finally able to wear eyeshadow and keep it on without creasing. Even in Arizona 110+ degree days! This new product does not work as well for me. I haven't found anything comparable yet. Just wasting money.
