Do I put this on before or after applying my all over face foundation? I usually do my eyes last therefore I already have foundation on my eyelids before putting in eyeshadow. I've never used eye primer before just all over face primer

Best eye primer
I have been using ulta eye primers for a while now and no matter how hot, humid or dry it is this primer stands up perfectly. No creasing, no smudging, no running off.
You need this!
I have always used urban decay or tarte shape tape concealer. Let me tell you, this is better than both. I put this on underneath my eyeshadow and eyeliner, before I went to work & this didnt crease my eyeshadow at all! Thats says alot for me because typically nothing reallys works because I have oily eyelids, even urban decay didnt really work the best. This primer tho, I am absolutely blown away. 10/10. Dont even second guess, put it in your cart.
Too thin
Newer packing product is too thin. Makes my eyes water and red, smudging bybyhe end of the day. I like the old one better.

Gets the job done but no so much different from using concealer
Not loving the new formula.
Like the lighter color but it feels Dewey, does not cover as well as the prior formula, and I get creases and less wear time as with the prior mix. Very disappointing for this heavy hooded oily girl.
