Better than Urban Decay!
I have been buying Urban Decay for years and haven't been super happy with it drying out recently. I got a free sample of this with a purchase and it's BETTER than Urban Decay. This is not my go to eye primer.

I know that powder eyeshadow with a shimmery finish does not look good on older eyes. Since this primer has a shimmer finish, does it look ok on older, crepey eyes? I wanted to use the primer alone as a shadow. Thank you.
