- Apply to affected areas one to four times daily or as directed by a doctor.
- Section hair if needed.
- Remove cap and place nozzle directly onto the scalp.
- Pump to cover entire section of exposed scalp (may take 3 or more pumps).
- Massage into scalp.
- Repeat to cover your entire scalp.
- Do not rinse.

Relief at Last for Seborrheic Dermatitis

I can't believe I'm finally saying this, but the Mielle Daily Refresher actually works. I've struggled with seborrheic dermatitis for years, and the itching would flare up no matter what I tried—tea tree oil, Selsun Blue, even prescription ketoconazole shampoo that left my hair feeling like straw. The itching got so bad at times that I scratched to the point of causing hair breakage in certain spots. After just a week of using this refresher, the itching has calmed down so much. There's still a little, but it's nothing like before. It's finally manageable. I also have crochet braids, and this product fits perfectly into my routine without causing buildup. I'm genuinely relieved to have found something that helps.

My go to hair style is mini twist, and I usually have very bad dandruff and itching, so I have to take them out after month to re do them. But I bought this hoping it would help and it did. What I didn't expect is that I actually have no new clumps of dead skin that get itchy on my scalp. So yeah, it's been over a month and I am not constantly itching anymore. I use it a few times a week, sometimes once when I forget. But I love it, I hope it works for you :)
