For best results use at least twice a week or as directed by a doctor.
- Shake before use.
- Wet hair thoroughly, massage gently into the scalp and hair for 1-2 minutes.
- Rinse and repeat if desired.

I saw results after the first couple uses. My scalp and hair were softer and it cleans awesome. The product leaves no residue or flakes and you can definitely see a difference.
