Love that this is lightweight and doesn't weigh your hair down. Its also very soothing on the scalp and absorbs quickly. I'll be honest I'm not super consistent with applying this everyday but even so I have seen some differences with shedding after washing my hair. I typically have a lot of shedding and at one point it seems like more than normal but after using this, I can already see less shedding (compared to my usual). The before and after seem like a lot still but to me it's so much better. I can't wait to see more long term results. Gifted by bondiboost
