I'm honestly not that impressed with this flat iron. I bought it because I usually use a titanium iron but wanted to try out a ceramic plated one. Do not buy this product
I had this product for a few months at a higher temperature, but then switched to the lowest temp and I could not figure out how to change it back. This Chi is only sold at ULTA which makes me think it's an inferior product and not a real Chi. Ulta customer service was of no help at all. I regret this purchase.

Just bought this straightern and I love it for the price! Gave it 4 stars because would like to see how it performa over time. But so far so good! Don't think a straighterner has to be overpriced.

Had to replace my Chi straightener I had for years. I have dry ends and oily scalp. Trying this ceramic straighter is a game changer for dry ends. Much healthier now. It also heats up in seconds, super quick.
