Had it for less than four months and it stop working won't turn on the heat and Ulta Beauty won't take it back
It doesnt work. Doesnt get hot
It doesnt work. I have naturally straight hair and it wont even straighten my natural straight air dried hair. Its awful. It doesnt get hot enough to work. I tried to return it and Ulta is refusing to allow me to return it because I dont have the original box. However, its within 30 days which they claim is their return window. The item is defective, I didnt know it was going to stop working. Horrible product and even worse customer service.

My first ever hair straightener and I love it!!!
I wanted to start curling my hair with a hair straightener. I was nervous at first because I was never really handy with hair tools. The only thing I ever learned by myself was how to do sock heatless curls, but it does not give the same effect as compared to when you use a heated tool. I used it the first night I bought it and oh my gosh I am so happy and excited how it turned out because I wanted to practice on my hair first. I have long hair it's thin, but it's very dense so it took me about maybe three or four layers to get through my hair and each side of my head may be like four or five strands but altogether it took me about maybe 15 to 20 minutes to do my hair and that's exactly what I was looking for. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend if you're looking to start curling your hair and you wanna find a hair straightener this is the one for you
