Is this USA product compatible with Spain/Italy voltage adapters?
Asked by TiffMo
Official Answer By CHI - Brand Engage
The voltage range of the Ceramic 1'' Hairstyling Iron is 110V-240V AC which means its suitable for both Europe and America voltage because they have the control circuit with automatic route-switching function. And you don’t need to use an electric converter/ voltage converter to change the EU 220V voltage to 110V. However because of the plug difference between EU and USA, you will need to use a plug adapter. Was this answer helpful to you

Q
My current straightener leaves my hair really frizzy and staticky. I have a lot of hair but it is thin. Is this the hot iron for me? So I'm looking for something that will leave my hair smooth and not frizzy/static.
Asked by Ramirez
Official Answer By CHI - Brand Engage
This iron does not have temperature settings. It reaches a maximum temperature of 392°F (appropriate for medium hair types) and has squeeze sensitive plates so you can control the pressure. If you have very fine hair, we suggest choosing a model such as the G2, which features adjustable temperature settings. Was this answer helpful to you

I loved this iron more than life.

I owned my Chi for over ten years. Being nearly 20 years old now, and having it given to me when I was 8, I can say that I put this iron through the ringer. I have frizzy, curly hair that would wear out hair ties and snap them after one use. Over the years it has thinned a bit and swimming has fried...

Terrible

Hair Type Wavy Hair

It doesn't run through your hair smoothly. Hair catches on the corners of the plate which snag and damages it, even breaking it. Cord is too long. Would give zero stars if I could.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
