Difficult to hold for those with small hands.
This product was returned because it was difficult to use because of the width of it. I have small hands and couldn't comfortably hold it. If it had a narrower handle and then the larger plate size to flat iron it would've worked for those with small hands.

The width of this flat iron is a plus
This is a very good flat iron and like it very much. I gave it 4 stars because even on the lowest temp it is very hot and takes quite a while to cool down in the off position and after unplugging it.

Best straightener ever!
Purchased this because of a good sale they had going. I have frizzy, big wavy hair and when I use this, I literally get no fizziness. I was in Chicago last week where it was super humid and drizzling and even then my hair stayed so sleek!!!
