Worked great until brush attachment broke
I have really thick, long hair and love all CHI products. The curling attachments work beautifully. I loved the air brush but because I sometimes got more hair than you probably should, it pulled out the attachment enough times that it stopped locking in place. I have the TYMO air brush for comparison and I prefer the longer handle, slightly longer brush head, and buttons of the CHI than the shorter TYMO. I'm keeping because the other attachments work fine but bummed I can no longer use the brush head. I would suggest if you are wanting an air brush to get one that doesn't have attachments simply because you are pulling your hair through, OR make sure you don't put a lot of hair through.

Kept pulling my hair off when I used the round brush. It gets stuck in the top there's a smack crack. Returning it. I used the curlers and they worked good but gets hot fast so to switch it out it's inconvenient BUT works great. I wouldn't recommend, I'm bummed that the brush kept pulling my hair really wanted to like this product
Worked well until it didn't
I enjoyed the results I got with this air styler. Unfortunately after less than five uses the attachments stopped locking into place. The brush and barrels wiggled out of place when it was supposed to be locked in. Unfortunately this rendered it entirely useless as they'd pop off mid use. I was told they changed policy recently about bringing back returns in original packaging, but luckily they gave me an exception and got a refund. The manager said she had not heard good things about this one so I will not be repurchasing, buyer beware and keep your box!
curler attachments fly off
I've tried to use the curling attachments twice and they fly off and have burnt me. I've tried to ensure they were clicked in but they still just go flying..
