Good Basic Pad
These little gems do the trick. They are tick and do not leave fuzz on my face like some brands I've tried. I can use toner on one side and turn it over and use a liquid exfoliant on the other. Bonus! They are priced right and a nice stable for my beauty routine.

Cotton pads are pretty basic but this Ulta version has a textured side and a smooth side. You have to use the smooth side to apply products. The textured side falls apart with any friction. I primarily use these for eye makeup remover, and my practice has been to use one side for one eye, then flip ...

Not my favorite but convenient when I go to Ulta
These come apart a bit too easy. The way to keep it semi intact is to use the smooth side and not the textured side. Leaves so much residue behind.

Cotton pads are pretty basic but this Ulta version has a textured side and a smooth side. You have to use the smooth side to apply products. The textured side falls apart with any friction. I primarily use these for eye makeup remover, and my practice has been to use one side for one eye, then flip the pad over to use on the other eye so the crumbling textured side annoys me. If you're only using one side, you should be fine. Bought these on sale so I have a few packages on hand. I'll use them up but will look for a better pad going forward.

I am very satisfied with this product because these cotton rounds work taking off eye makeup. More importantly, this product is Made in the USA.
Not the best but they get the job done
These cotton pads are a good price but really rough on the face to use with toner or removing makeup. I think they're more ideal for removing nail polish and maybe applying product to your chest.
