Recommended: Wash before first use.
Sweep the angled side of the sponge across product and apply to the high points of the face such as the top of the cheeks, bridge of the nose, brow bone and cupid's bow. Soften and blend using the rounded side by gently bouncing the sponge across the face. Can be used wet or dry. To clean, wash with mild soap and water.

Absolutely love these sponges. Very soft and bouncy. Exactly what I look for when it comes to makeup sponges. Makeup applies really well. Definitely recommend

When I bought these I forgot
I don't like Elf blenders. When I ordered them I forgot that I don't like them. I don't like that they are stiff, hard, and not easy to use or blend with. I prefer a softer more bouncy and softer sponge/blender. The famous one is better for me and my preferences.

Disappointed - Material Change Ruined It
I used to love these sponges. The old material felt high-quality, similar to some of the more expensive beauty blenders out there. Unfortunately, they recently changed the material, and it's a huge downgrade. The new sponge feels cheap, doesn't blend makeup smoothly, and leaves a textured, "spongy" finish on your skin unless you keep blending forever. Really disappointing quality change.

They feel like a sponge for dishes, makeup looks really patchy and blends too slow
Bleeds dye when wet
This would be my second time using one of these sponges since opening the package and washing once and when applying my foundation I noticed the pink dye transferring onto my fingers. Will not be repurchasing.

I love having two sponges because I feel like I can never get them fully clean. I use about 1/month then it becomes a self tanner face sponge and then gets thrown away. You have to get it wet for it to work as intended which can be hard on the go.
