Buyer beware
I only had this product for 2 months and it just stopped working without warning. It will not turn on and I am pretty sure I missed the opportunity to be able to return it. Waste of money.
Would not recommend
I absolutely hate this straightener. I purchased this in hopes that the Keratin aspect would be good for my coarse hair, but my hair feels so u healthy ever since purchasing this. I have tried lower settings and it doesn't seem to make a difference.

I dont ever have this issue with my babyliss and I am very diligent with my trims so I know it's not me.
Do not buy this product
I had this product for a few months at a higher temperature, but then switched to the lowest temp and I could not figure out how to change it back. This Chi is only sold at ULTA which makes me think it's an inferior product and not a real Chi. Ulta customer service was of no help at all. I regret this purchase.
Love it!
Just bought this straightern and I love it for the price! Gave it 4 stars because would like to see how it performa over time. But so far so good! Don't think a straighterner has to be overpriced.
