Awesome
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I have curly hair and straighten my hair often leaving me with damaged hair. This straightener isn't extremely hot to the point I can smell the burning hair. Moves around easily, nice size and weight with wide enough plates. Only downside is the jingle when powering up and when temperature has been reached, I prefer something a little more quieter since I do have to get ready in the early morning hours.

Great straightener. Heats up quickly and did well on my thick hair. Do wish the heat was adjustable (but could be user error).
Best investment
I've tried both high end and low end straighteners including dyson, bioionic 10x, conair infinity pro, john frieda, and chi. Ghd is by far the BEST one ive purchased. I got very lucky and found the Chronos max and Duet Blowdry in the 75% off clearance section of my local ulta, so i didnt pay full price and god am i SO HAPPY I got the chance to try them. I literally don't see or feel any damage happening to my hair during my usage and my hair is so soft and smooth afterwards. I swear the only product i have in my hair is my trusted OGX argan oil! This before and after is all thanks to ghd. If you are worried that it only has 1 heat setting, please dont be! I swear its enough to straighten coarse hair, i promise!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I loveeeee this straightener!! It did my hair so fast. Makes my hair slick & smooth. I really love the design of the straightener as well, there's a little noise to let you know it's on & ready another sound for when you turn it off. You can't mess with the heat settings but that didn't bother me much. Definitely made for thick curly hair.
