[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This hair straightener is top notch. I have thick curly hair and it glides through and straightens my hair instantly. Usually with straighteners I have to run through 3-4 times but with this, once is enough and twice is perfection. The wide plates allow me to do a larger section in one go, letting me save time. I have long thick hair and this 2 inch wide flat iron helps speed up the overall time of straightening my hair. I like that it makes a pleasant musical tune when you turn it on and then a second sound when it heats up. It's very fast to heat up.
