• Preparation Before Use: Wash and dry your hair, comb your hair thoroughly (Other than heat protectant for hair, do not use any spray, styling agent or other inflammable chemical hair-care products). Wrap a towel around your neck to avoid possible skinscalding
• Power On: Plug in the device. Press and hold the power button for 1.2 seconds to activate the device. It defaults to level 5(360°F/180°C) and the cooling fan with negative ionizer activates automatically with indicator light on
• Temperature Setting: Slide the temperature control key to theright to increase the temperature, or to the left to decrease it
• Heating Up: The temperature display updates in real time asit increases.The plates will heat up in approximately 50 seconds (Note: The barrel is not designed to heat). After heating to theset temperature, the LED temperature display will show the temperature level
• Cooling Fan: Ensure the device is powered on. Upon reaching the set temperature, automatically activate. Briefly press the power key to switch the fan on or off
