Great for chronically dry, sensitive, and acne prone skin.
I've tried all sorts of milky toners: Tony Moly, I'm from Rice, Anua, HaruHaru, etc. This one is my favorite for several reasons. The best one being it does not cause me to break out or make my sensitive skin react. It hydrating and not oily! My second favorite would be the HaruHaru, but it contains a lot of oils and I cannot use it everyday.

I use this straight after face wash and as a 1 step moisturizer in place of a body lotion, straight onto towel dried skin. My body feels super soft!!
