Unfortunately, this did not work for me which I am really sad. Positive note it is milky however I broke out on my face 20 minutes after I applied it. Ulta was great about returning it no issue at all. 3 starts for milky and ulta amazing service

I love this toner! For someone with rosacea & super sensitive skin, this toner is truly amazing. No burning or stinging, just pure comfort. The toner also doesn't dry out your skin or leave it sticky like other toners. I use it with the Milky Moisture Cleanser & finish my routine with the Moisturizing Gel Cream.
